• Independent home chefs who prepare and list home-cooked meals
• Consumers who place orders for such meals via the platform interface

MingleBite does not manufacture, prepare, package, or handle food products. All food-related responsibilities—including hygiene, safety, compliance with food laws, and allergen information—lie with the individual home chefs.

3. No Health or Medical Claims

MingleBite does not make or support any medical, health, or nutritional claims regarding food listed by home chefs on the platform. Statements regarding food benefits (if any) are provided by individual sellers, and MingleBite does not verify, endorse, or validate such claims.

• Users are encouraged to consult qualified health professionals for any medical or dietary concerns.
• The platform shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, illnesses, or other health impacts arising from food consumption.

4. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws, MingleBite, MealEngine Pvt. Ltd., and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Consumption of food ordered via the platform
• Delays or delivery failures
• Miscommunication between chef and consumer
• Inaccurate food listing or image
• Platform downtime, data loss, or access interruptions

MingleBite reserves the right to modify or remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate services without notice if it deems actions harmful, misleading, or unlawful.

5. Third-Party Listings and Content

The platform may contain links to or listings by third parties, including home chefs, payment partners, and logistics providers. We do not control or endorse any third-party content or terms, and shall not be held responsible for external services, advertising claims, or offers hosted on or via MingleBite.

6. Advertising and Platform Disclaimer

MingleBite.in, operated by MealEngine Pvt. Ltd., is fully committed to ensuring complete compliance with all applicable advertising regulations and content policies, including but not limited to:

• Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat Business, ShareChat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Advertising
• The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as applicable to food commerce platforms
• FSSAI food safety regulations applicable to non-commercial home kitchens
• India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and related data protection obligations

MingleBite does not publish misleading, exaggerated, or medically unverified claims in any advertising material. All creatives, landing pages, and marketing communications are internally reviewed to ensure compliance with the latest platform guidelines and government policies.

Users engaging with our platform through ads understand and agree that:

• The advertising service provider is not a party to any transaction or service engagement
• All concerns, complaints, or legal matters must be addressed directly with MingleBite (MealEngine Pvt. Ltd.)
• Advertising platforms bear no liability regarding the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of the services or food items provided by MingleBite or its registered sellers
